It is designed for clinics, nursing homes and small-to-mid-sized hospitals rather than for large tertiary institutions that need modules such as operation-theatre scheduling or blood-bank management.
- How much does hospital management software cost in Pakistan?
- Quoted prices in Pakistan range widely — roughly PKR 5,000 to 10,000 per month for subscription products, and PKR 45,000 to 50,000 for one-time-licence systems before maintenance. SehatDoc is billed monthly in rupees from PKR 4,000 for a single doctor up to PKR 6,500 for six, with no setup fee and no separate licence charge.
- Do we need to install a server at the hospital?
- No. SehatDoc is cloud-based and runs in an ordinary web browser, so there is no on-site server, no per-machine installation and no separate backup arrangement to maintain. Staff can open it from the reception counter, the nursing station or a doctor’s own laptop.
- Can bed charges differ between ward, ICU and NICU?
- Yes. Each unit type carries its own daily rate, and when a patient is transferred between unit types the new rate applies from the point of transfer, so a mixed-stay bill is calculated correctly without manual adjustment.
- Does it work if our internet drops?
- SehatDoc needs a connection for live data, but the pharmacy module keeps working through short outages and syncs when the connection returns. For a hospital we recommend a backup connection, as you would for any cloud system.
